Hezbollah admits that they did not expect this response from Israel.
Why you should care: A stunning admission by Hezbollah. and shows what their true motive was: to act as a spoiler against Israel to take the pressure off of Hamas. Obviously, they expected Israel to back off and negotiate, but they severely miscalculated. The interesting thing will be how much of a political price they pay with the Lebanese people with this statement."
