Dereliction of Duty: Treason Continued

Dereliction of duty

According to Reference.com,
Dereliction of duty
Dereliction of duty is a specific offense in military law. It includes various elements centered around the avoidance of any duty which may be properly expected.

In the U.S. Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), dereliction of duty is addressed within the regulations governing the failure to obey an order or regulation.

It means that one willfully, through negligence or culpable inefficiency, fails to perform one's expected duties. (Added EMPHASIS:)

Ineptitude is a defense against the charge.

Well I'm on board for that.

We can't impeach the President, but we can charge him with DERELICTION OF DUTY, he can plead guilty by reason of ineptness, and we can all move onThe maximum penalty in the U.S. is
  1. a bad-conduct discharge
  2. forfeiture of pay
  3. and six months confinement

Let's GO FOR it. Prosecute for Dereliction of DUTY!
