Dr. Brin, my favorite currently living author (sorry Dr. B.) has created a very interesting place to discuss the idiosyncrasies of our current government.
Today he pointed to an article in the 7-22 International Herald Tribune (now owned by the NY Time...) discussing Executive Privilege and "DISDAIN" of the entire population of theUnited States!
